The Board of Directors of Tigran Technologies AB (publ) issued a notice on April 15, 2011 to the annual general meeting, which is to be held on Monday May 16 2011 at 9 am at Medeon Science Park, Per Albin Hanssons väg 41 in Malmö, Sweden.
The notice, which was published in Svenska Dagbladet and Post- och Inrikes Tidningar on April 18 2011, is appended.
