The board of directors of Tigran Technologies AB (publ) has today issued a notice to the annual general meeting, which is to be held on Tuesday, 20 April 2010 at 6 p.m. at Villa Källhagen, Djurgårdsbrunnsvägen 10 in Stockholm, Sweden. Refreshments will be served from 5.30 p.m.The notice, which will be published in Svenska Dagbladet and Post- och Inrikes Tidningar on 23 March 2010, is appended.
