Tigran's products are not for sale in the U.S.

Tigran has its origins in orthopedics. The first use of Tigran’s porous titanium granules was in 1987–88 when it was used for hip prosthesis fixation.
    The first compression fracture of the lateral tibial condyle was treated in 2004. Studies in the orthopedic area are ongoing.
